How to write a book 101

How to write a book 101

Hey!

Unless you’re brand new around here, (Hi, and glad to have you!), then you know I just turned in a proposal for my FIRST BOOK 🥳.

If you would have told me 5 years ago that I’d be on my way to becoming a published author by ~2023, I would have rolled my eyes in disbelief.

While I’ve always dreamt of walking in Barnes & Noble and seeing my book in the same place as Oprah’s & RBG’s, I quickly disqualified myself from taking any “real action” because of the elusiveness surrounding the book writing process.

Maybe you can relate?

However, when I first started getting seriously curious about where to begin, I got one life-altering piece of advice:

“Start by talking to Richelle Fredson.”

Fastfoward to now, Richelle is my writing coach and consultant on this endeavor!

Now that I’ve crossed this finish line (the first of many in the process), I feel like it’s my duty to share what I’ve learned with you in case you have the same dream of becoming a published author!

In today’s episode of the Online Marketing Summer School podcast series, Richelle and I are going to:

👉🏼 help you make sense of the misinformation in re: book writing
👉🏼 explain what a book coach is and the benefits of having one
👉🏼 and break down the three different types of publishing

Richelle also generously shares the THREE things you’ll want to do NOW if you want to write a book someday.

You can listen to my interview with Richelle on AppleSpotify, or directly on my podcast page.

Once you do, pop on over to Instagram and send me a DM on to let me know what your favorite part of the episode is!
