Tenacity is the New Audacity
If you’re in a dry spell when it comes to cultivating new, fresh ideas and inspiration for your business, you’re far from alone.
In fact, I often find that it’s not until I step outside of my online coach and creator bubble and listen to someone who runs a completely different business than me that I get my mojo back, lol.
And maybe that’s the case for you, too? Maybe you’re tired of listening to the same old regurgitated information and stale ideas within your industry?
If so, I really encourage you to tune in to today’s On Your Terms podcast episode with guest Sydney Karmes-Wainer, owner and founder of French Squirrel, a French-inspired CPG food brand.
Sydney and I chat about…
➡️ Creating a consumer-packaged good product
➡️ How to go from creating a food item for fun to owning a commercial kitchen space
➡️ And finally getting her product on the shelves of stores like Erewhon and The Fresh Market!
My goal with these episodes is to bring you more business ‘North Stars.’ People you want to be more like, even if they’re doing something completely opposite of you.
Even if you have no desire to create a physical product, I need you to trust me on this, okay? You never know when a new idea or inspiration is going to strike, but I guarantee you’ll get some ideas from this episode.
My top 4 takeaways from today’s episode are:
👉🏼 Her take on competition and how not having to be the “most unique” is refreshing
👉🏼 How focusing on quality sets you apart
👉🏼 That she wasn’t afraid to experiment, and how experimenting allowed everything to fall together
👉🏼 How having a tenacious, go-getter attitude will take you a long way even when people say no at first
You can catch my interview with Sydney on Apple, Spotify, or directly on my podcast page.
